SMS Terms & Privacy Policy

This policy covers the text messaging (SMS/MMS) program operated by Prem Advani / Advani Real Estate Group (“we,” “us”), 2020 Columbia St., #193, San Diego, CA 92101. It supplements our general Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Program Description

When you opt in, you may receive text messages from Advani Real Estate Group about:

• Replies to your inquiries and appointment or showing confirmations
• New listings, price changes, open houses, and broker tours
• Market updates and The Advani Brief
• Event and giveaway announcements, including winner notifications
• Property management notices for owners, tenants, and applicants

How You Opt In

You opt in by checking the consent box on a form on this website, by signing up at one of our events, by texting a keyword to our number, or by giving us written or verbal consent directly. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages, including by automated means, at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, sale, rental, or service.

Message Frequency & Cost

Message frequency varies based on your interests and activity; marketing messages typically run no more than a few times per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. What We Collect

For our text program we collect your mobile number, your name if you provide it, the date, time, and method of your opt-in, and the content of messages you send us. We use this information only to operate the program, respond to you, and keep a record of your consent and opt-out requests.

Mobile Information Is Never Shared or Sold

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information-sharing categories and will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or trade your phone number.

We use trusted service providers (such as our messaging platform and mobile carriers) solely to send and deliver messages on our behalf. They may process your number only for that purpose and may not use it for their own marketing. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Data Security & Retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We keep opt-in and opt-out records for as long as needed to honor your preferences and meet legal requirements.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder (or have the account holder’s permission) for the mobile number you enroll.
