Walk the home together

We go room by room and set a prep list and budget based on what buyers in your neighborhood pay for, not a wish list.

Step 2

Line up the work

I bring in the vendors, Concierge covers the approved costs, and I keep the project on schedule.

Step 3

Build demand early

While the work wraps up, the home can launch as a Compass Private Exclusive or Coming Soon to build buyer interest before it hits the MLS.

Step 4

Sell, then settle up

The funded costs are repaid at closing from your proceeds. No checks to write along the way.

Compass Concierge funds are repaid when your home sells, when your listing agreement with Compass ends, or 12 months after your Concierge start date, whichever comes first.
