What happened here.
VIVO Little Italy is a modern 18-residence building on Columbia Street in Little Italy, owned by SD Columbia St, LLC: seventeen apartments topped by a full-floor penthouse that the developer kept for its own use.
Advani Realty was hired as the building’s first property manager and launched it new. The first residents moved in on August 1, 2017, and we leased all seventeen apartments in about three months, then managed the building until our management business was sold to Mynd in 2018.
