Syndication & Building Launch

What happened here.

Ten on Columbia is a three-story, ten-unit loft-style apartment building in Little Italy, four blocks from San Diego Bay: five one-bedroom and five two-bedroom homes. It was built ground-up through 10onColumbia, LLC, a syndication with InDev and Canter, the same partners behind C2 Lofts. Prem was a syndication partner in the project.

Advani Realty was also hired to launch the building. It debuted in October 2015 and was fully leased by December, and we managed it through the partnership’s sale of the building.

The project was featured in The Wall Street Journal.
