What happened here.

Prem represented the buyer on the purchase of this La Jolla Cape Cod — a single-level home on a cul-de-sac blocks from Windansea Beach in Upper Hermosa — then took on a full remodel with interior design and curation of every space, not just a cosmetic refresh.

The kitchen was curated by Pirch with Thermador stainless appliances, the bedrooms got new broadloom carpet, and the floors were replaced throughout in European white oak, wire-brushed and distressed. The grand foyer entry keeps its skylight and original spiral staircase up to a library/office loft.

Once the work was complete, Prem listed and sold the finished home himself. The gallery below runs from the original 2015 condition to the finished, fully designed result.
