Ground-Up Syndication

What happened here.

C2 Lofts is a pair of new-construction townhomes on Crestwood Drive, built ground-up through C2 Lofts, LLC, a syndication with development partners InDev and Canter. Prem was a syndication partner in the project.

Prem handled the brokerage end to end: he represented the land acquisition, then sold both finished homes. In 2016 he was hired again to list 3535 when it resold.
