What happened here.
In 2008 the developer of Breeza, a new residential tower on Pacific Highway, retained our brokerage to list, market and sell a range of unit types — penthouses, two-bedroom residences and ground-floor retail.
A different kind of project from the ones above: no construction and no ownership, just positioning, pricing and selling a building’s worth of very different product for the developer.
